I provide rattan furniture repair and chair caning for clients in Cascais, Lisbon and Oeiras. I replace broken or loose strands, tighten tired woven panels and restore seats, backs, armrests and decorative details by hand. This includes cane chair repair, cane seat repair and wicker chair repair when the frame is sound but the weave needs to be rebuilt.
Each piece is assessed individually so the weave, material, tension and finish match the furniture as closely as possible. Whether it is a dining chair, armchair, vintage piece or small outdoor furniture item, I focus on making it usable, tidy and strong again.
Service area: Cascais, Lisbon and Oeiras.
